Susan Fleet
Managing Director
Founded Lea Graham in 1986, having worked in the PR industry for five years. She enjoys the diversity of the work and particularly attributes the longevity of the business to her networking skills and the support of the LG team. Susan is a director of Burgess Hill Business Parks Association; a former board member of the Gatwick Diamond Business Association (2007-10); a patron of the Samaritans (Crawley & Horsham branch); a pro bono PR advisor to three charities; a qualified drama teacher; semi professional soprano; and charity fundraiser (via staging concerts) since 1970. .
Graham Fleet
Financial Director
A designer by profession, he is now the financial director of Lea Graham having been involved since day one. He joined the company full-time in 1997 and being versatile is able to move seamlessly between PR and entertainment.
Sally Wells
PR & Entertainment Manager
Sally is a qualified Chartered Secretary and worked for many years in merchant banking where she utilised her administrative, legal and financial skills. She has also worked in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and has an agricultural background having been raised on two farms in Kent. In her early working life she organised corporate events including catering and entertainment.
Chris Simms
Director of Corporate Entertainment
Chris is director of corporate entertainment and has been involved with Lea Graham since 1999, when he took early retirement from the London insurance market. Using Lea Graham’s extensive portfolio alongside his own performer knowledge, Chris provides a professional entertainment service to many of his City contacts.
